A one year, step by step programme with hypnosis recordings and slides set out in a series of five modules, enabling you to work through at your own pace.

With support on hand it is an ideal way to take time out and get your creative side flowing by expressing yourself in art form.

Whether you doodle, scribble, draw stick people, symbols or paint a fresco, all will work perfectly with the course.

At the end of each module there will be an art hypnotherapy session via video call to discuss your art work.
