Reiki
The word Reiki means 'universal life-force energy' which is a natural form of healing. Reiki healing is a complementary healing technique which facilitates healing through the enhancement of these natural, universal life-force energies, leading to a sense of wholeness and wellbeing. During a Reiki treatment energy is channelled and transferred via the hands from therapist to client. Reiki is very powerful and can travel over any distance or time. Reiki is a fantastic way to support healing and aid recovery as it is non invasive and the energy will flow to wherever it is required. You could say that Reiki is a transfer of unconditional love.

Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki is very powerful and many find the healing is enhanced by being in the comfort of their own home. With this option of distance healing you simply book an appointment and the healing will be sent directly to you. There is no need to be present in person or online. Just sit back and relax at the time of appointment.

Reiki 1
The first step on your Reiki journey. During level 1 you will be attuned to give Reiki to yourself, friends and family. • What Reiki is • The history of Reiki • The chakras • Attunement • How to give Reiki treatments • Self Reiki • Hand placements • A meditation session ​ Included with the course is ongoing support following on from your training. The number of people per course is kept small to allow your journey to be more personal. On completion of the course you will be awarded a Certificate and you will then be able to treat family and friends. Reiki 1 is probably the most important level and from here you can decide whether to progress onto the next level. It is recommended you have a basic understanding of meditation prior to the course. There is an online introduction meditation course which is self paced for anyone wishing to enhance their understanding. This is offered at a discounted rate for those signed up to Reiki courses. ​ Course length: One and a half days. Second day follows on from 21 days self Reiki. ​ Course requirements: A basic understanding of meditation. Course Location: Day 1: Video call or The Vitality Rooms Day 2: Video call or The Vitality Rooms
Reiki 2 - Practitioner Level
The next step on your Reiki journey follows on from Reiki 1. You will be attuned to give Reiki treatments to others and be taught how to offer distance healing. • The energy body • Attunement • Reiki symbols • Using the symbols • Distance healing • Working safely with energy • Charging for Reiki • A meditation session Included with the course is ongoing support following on from your training. The number of people per course is kept small to allow your journey to be more personal. Between two and four people per course. It is recommended you have a basic understanding of meditation prior to the course. There is an online introduction meditation course which is self paced for anyone wishing to enhance their understanding. This is offered at a discounted rate for those signed up to Reiki courses. On completion of the course you will be awarded a Certificate and you will then be able to set up a Reiki healing practice. Course length: One and a half days. Second day follows on from 21 days of self Reiki. Reiki 3 - Master Practitioner Level
Taking your Reiki further by enhancing the healing you offer. It is recommended you have a basic understanding of meditation prior to the course. There is an online introduction meditation course which is self paced for anyone wishing to enhance their understanding. Reiki 4 - Master Teaching Level
