Soulful Elements is a safe, welcoming and supportive spiritual community where you can come together with like-minded people to connect, share, ask questions, explore and learn.
It is a space where you can be curious, share your own experiences and perspectives, discover new ideas and practices, and explore what spirituality means to you — without judgement, expectation or the need to follow one particular path.
Held by Roseanne, Louise, Helen and Ann, who each bring their own unique spiritual experiences, wisdom and skill sets, Soulful Elements offers a rich blend of teachings, conversations, practices and shared experiences, both online and in person.
Rooted in the four elements and connected through Spirit, at its heart Soulful Elements is about community — creating meaningful connections, learning from one another and having a place where everyone has something to bring, something to share and something new to discover.
Group Rules
1. Be Kind & Respectful
Different beliefs and experiences are welcome. Disagreement is okay; judgement, bullying or discrimination isn't.
2. Ask, Explore & Learn
There are no silly questions here. Be curious, share and learn at your own pace.
3. Your Path Is Your Own
There is no one "right" spiritual path. Share your perspective without telling others what they should believe.
4. Ask Permission First
No unsolicited readings, healing, spiritual guidance or interpretations of someone else's energy or experiences.
5. Keep It Private
What's shared here stays here. Don't screenshot or share another member's content or experiences without permission.
6. No Selling or Soliciting
No advertising, selling or privately approaching members for business unless invited by Roseanne, Louise, Helen or Ann.
7. Share Advice Responsibly
Share your experiences, but don't present spiritual or wellbeing guidance as professional advice.
8. Join In Your Way
Talk, ask, share, listen or simply observe. There's no pressure to participate.
9. Help Us Keep It Safe
If something doesn't feel right, contact Roseanne, Louise, Helen or Ann privately. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal.
